An unpretentious epicurean

My pal JB from Minnesota started writing about food and, as he puts it, other stuff. How's It Taste? is a deliciously unpretentious recounting of his kitchen experiments. He generously whisks in other anecdotes, poignant moments, and his unvarnished perspective on life.

Although I would never be accused of being a cook, I love to read what he has to say and, I venture, you would, too.
