Does anyone benefit by this?

I realized today that it's one week and I've not adapted yet. I can go to London and be lucid and ready for action for another half day after landing. But this one-hour travesty? Nope. I'm all kinds of off.

It's a shame. After 40-some years, I've finally figured out the whole fall back, spring forward thing.

Now if I can only remember starve a cold, feed a fever. Or is it... ummmm....
